Kate, as she prefers to be called, recently received her Master’s degree in vocal performance and pedagogy from East Carolina University (ECU), where she served as an assistant to the ECU University Choir and taught the Beginning Group Voice Seminar. Kate earned her BM degree in Vocal Performance with a minor in Communication Studies from Mercer University. Her professional experience includes performances with the Atlanta Opera Chorus, serving as Music Director at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Rocky Mount, NC, managing her own private voice studio, and introducing children to music through the Little Mozarts Program.
