Danko Tarabar is an Assistant Professor of Economics specializing in understanding the causes of the wealth and economic well-being of nations through the lens of institutions, culture, and globalization. He received his Ph.D. in 2017 from West Virginia University and a B.A. in 2012 from Beloit College in Wisconsin. His research appeared in refereed outlets such as Journal of Comparative Economics, Public Choice, and Southern Economic Journal. Danko lives in Rock Hill, but originally hails from Belgrade, Serbia, where he was born and raised.
