regarding GPA and SAT/ACT scores contained in Winthrop’s net price calculator will
only apply new freshman students.
South Carolina Scholarships are only awarded to qualifying students who are considered residents of the State
of South Carolina for tuition purposes (both at high school graduation and initial
college entry) as per South Carolina State law (Statutory Authority: 1976 Code Sections
59-112-10 to 59-112-100).
