KB joined the Institutional Effectiveness team in 2024, serving as the Director of Assessment. He coordinates university-wide assessment efforts and helps academic, administrative, and student support units to make informed decisions to enhance student learning and university services and operations. KB’s prior professional experience includes working within the functional areas of Assessment & Research, Academic Advising, and Residence Life at Iowa State University. He has also been an instructor, teaching classes at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. KB holds a B.S. in Business Administration, a M.S. in Student Affairs, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration. His hobbies include traveling, spending time with his family and dogs, and riding his motorcycles.
