Winthrop seeks to enhance student achievement, responsibility and engagement through a series of programs and centers listed at left. It also has a college, called University College, which coordinates and supports programs in the Divisions of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs. This enables faculty and staff to work across disciplines, ensuring that every Winthrop student, regardless of his or her ultimate degree goal, has a common academic foundation and a commitment to lifelong learning, leadership and service.
