This new "townhouse-style" housing option is now available to students, made possible by a donation of property by Springs Industries, Inc., to the Winthrop University Real Estate Foundation. The building, designed in traditional Winthrop neo-classical style around a center courtyard, features a facade reminiscent of three-story townhouses. The 113 housing units containing 404 beds were ready for occupancy in January 2003.

Interesting Features:

  • Distinctive clock tower
  • Large capacity washer/dryers
  • Fully furnished suites, private bedrooms
  • Common areas with microwave, full-size refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher
