Facilities Management Operations Center Exterior
Winthrop in 2010 purchased the 12.4 acre Operations Center from the City of Rock Hill, which had constructed a new center elsewhere in the community. The new-to-Winthrop facility allowed the university to consolidate nearly all Facilities Management functions into one place, expanding space for trades, shops, offices and the warehouse.
