Adjacent to Withers/W.T.S. Building is the Student Activity Center, a multi-purpose facility available for use by the Winthrop community and general public. The center provides educational space for the Department of Physical Education, Sport, and Human Performance, serves as one of the recreational facilities for the on-campus Macfeat Early Childhood Laboratory School, is used for other recreational events, and provides an informal venue for performances by guest artists and lecturers.
