Many HR students join the student chapter of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management. The Winthrop SHRM chapter is extremely active and has won numerous local, regional, and national awards.
Beta Gamma Sigma, the national scholastic honorary society for students of business administration, is available to high achieving business students.
Students can also choose from a number of other College of Business Student Organizations and Honor Societies or University Student Organizations.
