Welcome! We are thrilled that your student has chosen to attend Winthrop University.
At Winthrop, we understand that when a student goes to college, a family goes to college.
We know that you will be an important part of your student's collegiate experience
and hope that, through our programs and services, you will receive the knowledge and
tools to help support your student during this exciting and challenging time.
We hope that you will take advantage of our Family Orientation program that is offered in conjunction with Freshman Orientation, Full Day Transfer Orientation sessions, Fall Orientation, and Spring Orientation.
As Eagle Families you will receive our monthly e-newsletter to keep you informed.
We'd also like to encourage you to explore Rock Hill and the surrounding area. This is a great way to learn more about the city your student lives in, and you may find opportunities to spend time with your student.
