At some point during employment you may have a need to discuss a concern or problem “off the record” with a neutral party to develop perspective and identify the right course of action. Topics you may want to discuss could involve conflicts with co-workers or supervisors; communication problems; concerns about job status and work environment; and questions about what options are available for handling a problem according to Winthrop policy.
