Using practical, experiential activities, students will gain an understanding of managing and communicating in different work environments, their individual strengths and opportunities for development and aligning them to the organization, the importance of establishing, maintaining and leveraging professional relationships, and effective work habits expected by employers. By completing this certificate, students will become familiar with the management and organizational behavior processes behind the core functions of management: planning, leading, organizing, and controlling.
