- It's Poppin' Gourmet Kettle Corn will be popping fresh kettle corn on site! Bags of kettle corn will be for sale - all forms of payment accepted!
Guest Parking: For any non-Winthrop employee guests that will be attending, there will be a limited
number of reserved parking spots behind the President's House. Parking will also
be available across the stree in the BCM grass lot. Please keep in mind if you are bringing children that parking at the BCM lot will
require crossing Oakland Avenue (there is a designated crosswalk located in front
of Sellers House).
Set-Up Volunteers: If you are willing to assist with the set-up for the event, even just for 30 minutes, please fill out this form. We appreciate your help!
Pumpkin Carving Contest
Feeling creative? Enter our annual pumpkin carving contest! Pumpkin entries will
be displayed for all to enjoy and admire at the Fall Fest.

All pumpkins must be carved and decorated prior to the event, and must be delivered to the display area between 3:00-3:30 p.m. at the President's
house garden (there will be a registration table at the entrance to the garden to
direct you where to go).
Pumpkins must have an element of carving, but paint and other props are permitted. No on-site carving will be allowed. If your pumpkin is to be illuminated, please provide your own lights, and keep in mind that you may not have any access to a power outlet. Pumpkin displays cannot take up more than 3 ft. of space on a table.
Judging will take place during the Fest and awarding will take place at 5 p.m. (As we know people will be attending as they are able, you do not need to be present to win).
