Banner Guidelines*:

 

Complete the banner reservation form at least 3 days in advance of posting. 

Banner space may be reserved for one week; beginning Sunday night and ending the following Sunday

Limit two consecutive week-long reservations per event

Banner installation and removal is performed by DIGS staff

Banners will be available for pickup for one week after removal at the Information Services desk; any unclaimed banners will be discarded

Do not use glitter

Wood, cardboard, or other similar type materials may not be used

Wording on banners must be from an Ellison Dye Cut machine or professionally printed.  Handwritten signs will not be hung

Vinyl and fabric banners must have grommets along the top in order to be hung

Inside Banners:

Banners hung inside the DiGiorgio Campus Center are limited to three (3) designated spots in the Main Lobby.

They can be constructed of paper, fabric, vinyl, or other lightweight pliable materials

Wording on banners must be from an Ellison Dye Cut machine, professionally printed, or neatly drawn.  Handwritten signs that are deemed illegible will not be hung.

Vinyl and fabric banners must have grommets along the top in order to be hung.

The maximum size for indoor hanging (horizontal in orientation) is 3'(h) x 6'(w)

Outside Banners:

Banners hung outside the DiGiorgio Campus Center are limited to four (4) designated spots on the 1st floor balconies overlooking the Campus Green.

Outside banners must be professionally printed on vinyl and already have grommets along the top and bottom

Maximum accepted banner size for outdoor hanging (horizontal in orientation) is 3'(h) x 15'(w).

*All banners are subject to final approval by Student Engagement & Diversity staff upon receipt.  If you are concerned about the final approval, you may submit a proof or mini-version of your banner prior to creating/printing.
