The Board of Trustees met on Monday, February 23, 2015 in the Gold Room of the DiGiorgio
Campus Center on the campus of Winthrop University, Rock Hill, SC.
Public Comment
There were no requests for public comment.
Call to Order
Chair Bigham called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. She welcomed all present.
Executive Session
Sue Rex motioned to move into executive session for the purpose of a personnel interview
with no report expected. Scott Middleton seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
Adjournment
The Board reentered public session at 5:15 p.m. with no actions. Tim Hopkins motioned
to adjourn the meeting. Karl Folkens seconded the motion. With no objections, the
meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m.
