The Board of Trustees met via teleconference on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. The phone
call originated in the Thompson Conference Room in the Tillman Building on Winthrop
University's campus.
Public Comment
There were no requests for public comment.
Call to Order
Chair Bigham called the meeting to order at 1 p.m. She welcomed all present on the
phone.
Executive Session
Janet Smalley motioned to move into executive session for the discussion of personnel
matters related to the search for the 11th president of Winthrop University. Jane
LaRoche seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous. No actions were taken in executive
session.
Adjournment
The Board reentered public session at 1:45 p.m. Hearing no objections, Ms. Bigham
adjourned the meeting at 1:46 p.m.
