The Board of Trustees met on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, on the campus of Winthrop University, Rock Hill, SC.
Call to Order
Chair McCall called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. He welcomed all present both in person and online.
Executive Session--pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §30-4-70(a)(2) for the purposes of discussion of contractual items related to Winthrop University
Kathy Bigham moved with a second from Gary Williams to move into executive session pursuant to South Carolina Ann. §30-4-70(a)(2) for the purpose of discussion of contractual items related to Winthrop University. The vote was unanimous in favor of the motion.
Kimberly Faust was invited to remain for the executive session.
A Trustee moved to end executive session, which was seconded. The vote was unanimous to end executive session.

Hearing no objections, Chair McCall adjourned the meeting.
