WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees at Winthrop University understands the importance of
the campus in transforming student lives; and
WHEREAS, the Board understands that a master plan establishes a framework to support
the university’s strategic initiatives with its building and grounds; and
WHEREAS, the Board understands that the master plan is a shared vision of constituents across campus and the community that embraces our history and sets a road map for short and long term projects that support our long-term goals; and
WHEREAS, the Board members have reviewed the Master Plan completed in FY2022 and support its overall vision for the University;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Master Plan be adopted by the Board of Trustees to be used as a tool in connection with the Strategic Plan;
