WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees at Winthrop University have examined the proposed course fee changes for the Fall 2023 semester at Winthrop University and adopted the recommendations provided by the Finance Committee to update the course fees for Fall 2023; and
WHEREAS, the members of the Board recognize their fiduciary responsibilities to ensure that the Student Charges are appropriate an in-line with the market and related to course consumables;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed course fee changes as attached hereto and incorporated by reference be adopted by the Board of Trustees.
