Ideal applicants for admission to the Master of Education degree program in Learning Design and Technology should show high promise of success in graduate study. Applicants are evaluated by an analysis of their transcripts, knowledge of the field and/or previous work experience in the field and, when required, an admissions interview. A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0scalein a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Additionally,applicants will be evaluated on their statement of purpose. The statement of purpose should demonstrate the potential to be successful in writing at a level appropriate for graduate study, why the degree program meets their professional goals, and their emerging and/or existing knowledge of the field. The statement of purpose should not exceed two single-spaced word-processed pages.

Notice to International Applicants:
Per U.S. Immigration Regulation, international students who study in the U.S. in F-1 status may enroll in one, 3-hour online course per semester to fulfill the full-time enrollment requirement. This program requires more than one online class per semester to meet full-time enrollment and would not be approved for F-1 status.
