The Department of Institutional Effectiveness is here to support your assessment needs.
The Department conducts two educational assessment sessions each summer. These are coordinated through the Center for Professional Excellence (CPE). The sessions employ a step-by-step approach to explore each section of a Continuous Improvement Report (CIR). An explanation of the content appropriate to each report section is augmented with a variety of examples selected from Winthrop’s academic, administrative, and student support units’ CIRs.
The Department is available to individuals, units/programs, and divisions/colleges for consulting on assessment and the completion of a Continuous Improvement Report. The session is individualized to your specific needs, utilizing a “meet you where you are” approach.
