Originally named "Senior Hall", Phelps is a predominately upper-class suite-style hall, Phelps suites have sinks located conveniently inside each room; a residential computer lab open 24 hours, a spacious lobby for studying, watching TV, or meeting with friends, and three laundry rooms for convenient access. Phelps is located close to the Eagle Eatery in Thomson Hall and the College of Business in Thurmond Hall.
