Housing upper-class students and a portion of students admitted to the Winthrop Honors Program, The Courtyard at Winthrop offers deluxe suites with two or four private bedrooms within close proximity to the DiGiorgio Campus Center and West Center. Each deluxe suite includes a washer, dryer, common area and kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The Courtyard at Winthrop is home to the Honors Center and has a central courtyard area.
Please note, there is a special application process for this building. To apply for The Courtyard at Winthrop, please go to Wingspan, Eaglesnest Housing, Housing Request, Residential Housing Applications, and click on Courtyard Application. To complete the application process, remember to pay the $25 application fee in the Residence Life Office located in DiGiorgio 237.
