Training Sessions for Faculty/Staff

Anyone can learn how to use Navigate360! Learn on your own by watching pre-recorded videos or attend training sessions (recommended). We offer four different types of training:

  1. DEMO (recommended for beginners) - get an overview of what Navigate has to offer
  2. FEATURE TRAINING - learn how to use Navigate and features that will save you time and effort
  3. OFFICE HOURS - drop-in Q&A if you have questions or need help to do something in Navigate
  4. IN-DEPTH TRAINING - learn how to use a specific feature (e.g. advanced search, appointment campaigns, messaging campaigns)
