In order for the Rex Institute staff to establish a placement in LiveText and/or communicate
with Partner Schools regarding a specific field need, faculty must submit a "Field
Placement and Assessment Request Form" (https://winthrop.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6sewFXBBLWxV2Zv)
This form will be distributed by e-mail at the beginning of each academic term; however,
faculty can submit the form at any time.
One form is need for EACH SECTION of a course to ensure accuracy of information (e.g.,
dates, assessments, etc.).
