CESHS Graduate Named Scholarships

 Current MAT Students:

 Two scholarships are available specifically for currently enrolled MAT students.

       1.   The Burgh Rutledge Johnson scholarship is available for any MAT student

       2.   The Frank B. Tutwiler scholarship is available for MAT students with an undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, physics or geology planning to teach sciences in high school

Awards will be made during the spring semester for the following academic year. Please indicate in your application when you anticipate finishing your degree.

 

Any currently enrolled College of Education, Sport, and Human Sciences Graduate Student:

The Annette Wells Shelley Scholarship is available for any admitted, currently enrolled graduate student with at least six hours. Awards will be made during the spring semester for the following academic year.

 

Graduate students seeking to add on Special Education certification:

The Mayme and Mark Mauldin Fellowship for Excellence in Special Education Endowment is available to support graduate students seeking additional certification in Special Education. Awards will be made during the spring semester for the following academic year.
