Center for Student Wellness

After-Hours and Weekend Healthcare

After office hours (see below), on-campus students are to contact their RA, RLC, or RD who will help them obtain medical care. In an emergency, students should contact the Winthrop University Police Department who will contact emergency services for students. All students who need medical care can go to any Local Urgent or Emergent Care Center (pdf - 239.47 KB); no appointment is necessary. All charges incurred are the responsibility of the student.

**The student health fee does not cover services received at these facilities**
